Please cooperate with the checks by holding your identity documents and travel tickets ready, and following the instructions of the assistance staff on the ground and on board the ferries. Please note that once you enter the pre-boarding area, you will not be able to leave it unless there is an emergency.

  • The various conditions of carriage listed in the regulations include the regulations and terms of service for maritime passenger transport to all SNAP destinations.

  • Passengers with reduced mobility, disabled persons, sick or other persons requiring special assistance are required to inform the Carrier when booking at the ticket office, or by telephone by contacting the Contact Center on 0810431852 or when making an online booking, ticking the appropriate box in the passenger data sheet and, if necessary, sending it to the Carrier at its request, in order to enable it to arrange the necessary assistance, Documentation attesting to the right or special need at least 48 hours before the scheduled departure. Further information on the procedure to be adopted is provided for in Art. 10 of the conditions of carriage.
